GA322 Orbital Beveling Machine
The GA322 orbital beveling machine is designed for precise and efficient tube weld preparation. With its high-speed milling heads equipped with carbide inserts, the GA machine removes material 10x faster than traditional HSS inserts, ensuring smooth and accurate bevels. Its lubricant-free, patented process eliminates the need for tube cleaning before welding, saving time and boosting productivity.
Built for versatility, the GA range uses the same frame as the AXXAIR CC orbital cutting machines and can be converted into a powerful cutting machine with a simple conversion kit, making it an essential solution for flawless weld preparation. Additionally, the same machine can be converted into a welding machine, providing a comprehensive solution for tube preparation and welding.

- The GA 322 (powered by an electrical 110 or 220v motor) consists of a stainless-steel concentric clamping system with a large number of contact points, increasing the beveling range and quality and avoiding tube distortion. The stainless-steel jaws guarantee protection from contamination of the tube.
- The distinctive rotation wheel offers smooth rotation, increasing the lifetime of the carbide bevel inserts and the bevel quality.
- Optionally, an automatic rotation and clamping system can be fitted on the GA range, allowing for higher and faster repeatability and productivity.
- The carbide inserts provide a higher and faster performance than traditional HSS inserts and are available as standard in V-bevel type (30° / 37,5° / 45°) and J-bevel type (10°) *.
- The spring-loaded penetration lever and tracking system engage the saw blade for effortless and consistent bevelling of the tube, extending the inserts’ life and improving safety and ease of operation.
- The GA models can be fitted with support benches for longer tubes and conversion kits to allow for three different operations: cutting, beveling and welding.
