SATFX-76 Closed Orbital Weld Head
The SATFX-76 closed weld head is designed to meet the most demanding requirements in the most confined spaces and offer the ability to achieve high-quality and repeatable welds in confined spaces.
This closed head is suitable for orbital welding through a simple fusion process without adding filler metal, making them ideal for thin tubes of various grades of stainless steel (less than 3 mm thick). Also, it is essential for welding nickel or titanium-based alloys sensitive to oxidation, ensuring installations with impeccable resistance to chemicals or heat.
Commonly used in industries with high standards, such as aeronautics, semi-conductors, pharmaceuticals, and food processing, the narrow width of the head suits construction sites with limited straight sections, as well as workshops and clean rooms.
