- The AXXAIR DC115-AM orbital facing model is a portable, lightweight machine, ideal for both workshop and in situ applications.
- It is available in an electrical (110 / 220v) version.
- The stainless steel collets guarantee a perfect clamping on the tube. A specific pair of jaws is available to suit the tube’s diameter.
- The set up, locking and machining of the tube is made easy by the large opening pivot, graduated vernier scale for precise advancement and sliding adjustment of the tool holder offering easy diameter change and optimal tip wearing.
- Burr-free tube facing, edge breaking and bevelling (30° & 45°) can be done by selecting the required high quality HSS TIALN inserts.
- Two tools can be used simultaneously and also facing and bevelling can be performed in a single operation.

All inserts are double-sided with two cutting edges and are HSS TIALN treated, which improves the insert steadiness and heat resistance
