The DC65 orbital facing model is a portable, lightweight machine, ideal for both workshop and in situ applications.
It is available in electrical (110 / 220v) and battery version.
The stainless steel collets guarantee a perfect clamping on the tube.
The set up, locking and machining of the tube is made easy by the spring-loaded handle, indexable wrist, large opening pivot and graduated vernier scale that allows for precise advancement
Burr-free tube facing, edge breaking and bevelling (30° & 45° only) can be done by selecting the required high quality HSS TIALN inserts
Two tools can be used simultaneously and also facing and bevelling can be performed in a single operation.
The stainless steel collets guarantee a perfect clamping on the tube
All inserts are double-sided with two cutting edges and are HSS TIALN treated, which improves the insert steadiness and heat resistance
Setup, locking, and machining of the tube are simplified by a spring-loaded handle, indexable wrist, and large-opening pivot
