- The DC115-BM orbital facing model is a portable, lightweight machine, ideal for both workshop and in situ applications.
- It is available in an electrical (110 / 220v) version.
- The concentric clamping system guarantees at all times perfect protection of the tube when clamping it and easily adapts to different tube diameters. On the DC115BM model a set of 4 stainless steel concentric jaws is used.
- The set up, locking and machining of the tube is made easy by the large opening pivot, graduated vernier scale for precise advancement and sliding adjustment of the tool holder offering easy diameter change and optimal tip wearing.
- Burr-free tube facing, edge breaking and bevelling (30° & 45°) can be done by selecting the required high quality HSS TIALN inserts.
- Two tools can be used simultaneously and facing and bevelling can be performed in a single operation.
- Optionally, the DC115-BM model can be mounted on an AXXAIR support bench with height adjustable table.

All inserts are double-sided with two cutting edges and are HSS TIALN treated, which improves the insert steadiness and heat resistance
