CC1100 Orbital Cutting Machine
The CC1100 Orbital Cutting Machine is built for extreme large-diameter cutting, covering 28″ to 42.52″ (711–1080 mm). Its orbital saw blade rotates evenly around the tube to achieve highly accurate, square cuts without altering roundness, even on thick-wall materials. It is suitable for all steels and exotic alloys, delivering consistent performance on the largest pipe sizes.
Powered by pneumatic or electric 1200 W motors (110V or 220V), the CC1100 uses a stainless-steel concentric clamping system to eliminate distortion and prevent contamination. Advanced blade control, smooth rotation, and optional automation ensure maximum repeatability, safety, and productivity for heavy-duty industrial cutting applications.

- AXXAIR CC’s range (powered by a standard or fast electrical or pneumatic motor) consists of a stainless-steel concentric clamping system with a large number of contact points, increasing the cutting range and quality and avoiding tube distortion.
- The stainless steel jaws guarantee protection from contamination of the tube.
- The distinctive rotation wheel offers a smooth rotation, increasing the life time of the cutting blade and the cutting quality. Optionally, an automatic rotation and clamping system can be fitted on the CC range, allowing for higher and faster repeatability and productivity.
- The penetration lever engages the saw blade for effortless and consistent penetration and cutting of the tube, extending the blade life and improving safety and ease of operation.
- The short blade to jaws distance reduces vibration, extends the blade life and improves cutting quality.
