CC421 Orbital Cutting Machine
The CC421 Orbital Cutting Machine is engineered for precision orbital cutting of tubes and pipes from 8.625″ to 16″ (212–422 mm). Using a rotating saw blade that travels concentrically around the tube, it delivers perfectly square, burr-free cuts while preserving tube roundness and eliminating distortion. Designed for any type of steel or exotic alloy, the CC421 ensures consistent, high-quality results even in demanding environments.
Powered by pneumatic or electric 1200 W motors (110V or 220V), the CC421 features a stainless-steel concentric clamping system that maximizes cutting accuracy while protecting against contamination. Its smooth rotation wheel, short blade-to-jaw distance, and penetration lever extend blade life, reduce vibration, and improve operator safety and productivity.
