SAXX-201 Orbital Welding Power Source

The SAXX-201 Orbital Welding Power Source is a new-generation orbital TIG welding solution designed for ease of use, precision, and reliable performance. With a 200A output and intuitive interface, operators can quickly create welding programs using automatic parameter calculation and guided assistance. The 7-inch color touch screen and three user access levels provide clear navigation and controlled operation across teams.

Built for traceability and connectivity, the SAXX-201 features full data acquisition with real-time monitoring of welding parameters and purge gas. Data can be viewed on screen or exported via USB for analysis using WeldData software and WPS documentation. With Ethernet connectivity and optional WiFi or wired pendant control, this compact and portable system supports flexible operation in modern fabrication environments.

Intuitive programming with automatic parameter calculation and built-in assistance. Features a 7″ color touchscreen, multilingual menu, and three user levels: operator, welder, and administrator.

Dual independent gas lines with flow management and support for a welding torch with optional internal gas control. Includes a wire feeder connector and a detachable, tool-free water cooling unit. The 700W cooling system features a minimum flow alarm and can be removed for increased portability.

USB data acquisition for recording welding programs and user profiles. The system monitors and saves welding parameters every second, with data viewable on-screen or via WeldData software, and exportable to WPS format.
