SATO-115 Open Head Orbital Weld Head
The SATO-115 open head orbital weld head is built for larger tube diameters from 0.75 to 4.5 inches, offering exceptional performance in heavy-duty industrial environments. It is well suited for petrochemical, oil and gas, and energy sectors where weld quality and durability are essential. The system ensures consistent orbital TIG welding results across a range of wall thicknesses.
Equipped with precise electrode alignment and stable arc control, the SATO-115 delivers repeatable welds even in demanding conditions. Its liquid cooled version supports 200 A at 100 percent duty cycle, making it ideal for continuous production. The adjustable handle and remote operation improve usability in complex jobsite conditions.
