SATO-80 Open Head Orbital Weld Head
The SATO-80 open head orbital weld head expands capability for medium diameter tubing from 0.75 to 3 inches. It is engineered for industries such as power generation, chemical processing, and food-grade piping where precision and repeatability are critical. The open head design allows for flexible welding configurations including fusion and fusion with wire.
Its robust construction combined with the liquid cooling model, enables reliable performance at up to 200 A duty cycle. The ergonomic handle and remote-control functionality enhance operator efficiency and control.
