171ECO Orbital Cutting Machine

The orbital saw moves smoothly around the tube, ensuring repeatable precision that minimizes the gap between tube ends, eliminating the need for additional facing and saving both time and costs.

While the ECO range focuses solely on cutting, the CC range are scalable for beveling and welding use, enhancing versatility on-site or in the workshop.

- The lighter design ECO range (powered by a speed adjustable 1300W Metabo motor) consists of a stainless steel concentric clamping system with a large number of contact points, increasing the cutting range and quality and avoiding tube distortion.
- The stainless-steel jaws guarantee protection from contamination of the tube.
- The penetration lever engages the saw blade for effortless and consistent penetration and cutting of the tube, extending the blade life and improving safety and ease of operation.
- The short blade to jaws distance reduces vibration, extends the blade life and improves cutting quality.
AXXAIR offers a wide range of high-quality blades performing burr-free square cuts (< 0.25 mm / 0.01″ perpendicularity precision) and lubricant oil and paste. The 171ECO model can be fitted with support benches for longer tubes.
