CC521 Orbital Cutting Machine
The CC521 Orbital Cutting Machine provides accurate orbital cutting for tube and pipe diameters from 12.75″ to 20″ (312–522 mm). The blade rotates smoothly around the tube section, producing precise, square cuts without deformation, even on thick-wall materials up to 15 mm (0.6″). It is suitable for all steel and exotic alloys, making it ideal for high-spec industrial applications.
Available with pneumatic or electric 1200 W power options (110V or 220V), the CC521 incorporates stainless-steel jaws with multiple contact points to prevent distortion and ensure repeatable cut quality. Optional automatic rotation and clamping further enhance efficiency, while the optimized blade engagement system improves safety and cutting consistency.
